Archived listing from CAM 2010
Using a new product called faux bone we will create a pendant that looks and feels like Ivory. After determining a design we will cut the faux bone into the desired shape using a spiral saw blade held in a jewelers saw frame. The product can be shaped with files, engraved with scribes, drilled or cut to inlay epoxy resins and metal. The finished piece may be sanded smooth or scratched and stained to look like an antique piece of jewelry. Bracelet blanks will be available at an additional cost. Class cost to be determined and will be posted on the Pachamamas Garden website.
