Resonance: A study of Tensegrity in Our Connective Tissue
Archived listing from CAM 2009
Where Resonanace Lives
This collection of drawings and paintings on paper, silk and canvas invoke our inherent resonance with all water everywhere in the galaxy via our connective tissue (a tensegrity matrix of hollow tubes & shapes filled with fluid synergizing tension and compression). These structures are flagrantly missing from the mechanical anatomy maps of 21st Century bodies. This body of work originated in physical experience, having accessed the fluid in the tissues via Continuum Movement. Opening our bodies from our living tensegrity structure feeds us species-inclusive, non-local information without cultural boundaries. Meeting the world from open, wet, internal spaciousness, offers us resources of embodiment missing from speedy contemporary living.
