R Gallery presents "NG5", Nueva Generación 5, featuring new works by, Meghan Fest, Jeanette Parra, Beth Consetta Rubel, Imelda Valecia, Kree Villegas, Rose Vogt. This exhibition presents the next generation of emerging San Antonio artists. Curated by Alex Rubio since 2007, Nueva Generación has previously been exhibited at Lone Star Studios for the past four years.  This event, now at R Gallery, offers emerging artists a venue to exhibit contemporary works generated to establish a presence in the San Antonio arts community. On March 10, 2012, R Gallery will be celebrating its one year anniversary as one of San Antonio's newest, artist-run, contemprary art spaces.
