Carla Canales was born in Corpus Christi, TX and attended Chula Vista Fine Arts Academy. She enjoyed music and art at that elementary school. When she moved to San Antonio, TX, she continued art classes in middle, high school and college. She was a featured artist at San Antonio College. She’s a mother of two beautiful children – her inspiration for continuing to paint. Her children have inherited her love of art.
