Th On and Off Fred exhibit at Bihl Haus Arts opens with the On and Off Fred Autograph Party at Bihl Haus on Feb. 19, and continues through Mar. 13, 2010. The exhibit is composd of one work by each artist participating in the 3rd Annual On and Off Fredericksburg Road Studio Tour (www.OnAndOffFred.org), scheduled for Feb. 20 and 21, rain or shine.
