Cindy Palmer is co-owner of High Wire Arts gallery. This is a working studio with openings each month on 2nd Friday as part of the Tobin Hills Art Walk. Now one year old, High Wire is dedicated to fostering the contemporary visual and performance arts in San Antonio.
