This studio is located on the 3rd Floor of 1100 Broadway.  The space is shared by artists, Steven DaLuz, Roberta Buckles, and Kye Nelson.  At time of this posting, participation by Roberta Buckles and Kye Nelson is not confirmed.  Images shown may or may not be present during the open studio, but works of similar manner and same process will be on display.  DaLuz plans to be working on a piece during the open studio hours.

DaLuz is a versatile artist who works both figuratively and abstractly.  In both bodies of work, he is interested in the depiction of light and elements of mystery.  He primarily works in oil, composition gold leaf, copper leaf, chemically-induced patinas on wood, though he also works with encaustics and other mixed media.  His works have appeared in Poets and Artists magazine,  Fine Art connoisseur magazine, and are in private and corporate collections in 18 states and several foreign countries.  He is represented by the AnArte Gallery in San Antonio, and Laura Rathe Fine Art in Houston. 

The studio does not have access by elevator.  Attendees are advised that they must be able to negotiate 2 flights of stairs to get to the studio space.  Admission is free to the public.
